Historic Royal Mint Coin Honours Mary Seacole during Black History Month

Mary Seacole, a Jamaican-British nurse, is celebrated with a special coin from the Royal Mint, marking her as the first Jamaican-British woman to be honoured in this way. This coin is being released during the UK's Black History Month and is the second one featuring a named Black woman. King Charles III has officially approved it with a Royal Proclamation.
